Phase I:
- RFP Management: Migrated all traditional POTS lines to VoIP across retail locations through a detailed vendor selection process. Oversaw vendor selection and built a redundant data center utilizing co-location services.
- Network Redundancy: Added 4G backup for primary broadband services at all locations.
- SD-WAN Deployment: Assisted with implementing SD-WAN and transitioning private WAN connectivity to internet-based solutions.
- Billing Review: Identified and corrected telco billing discrepancies for corporate operations.
- New Services: Procured telco services for multiple new distribution centers.
Phase II:
- Broadband Optimization: Managed RFP process to consolidate broadband services under one provider, doubling speed, simplifying billing, and reducing costs.
- VoIP Integration: Designed and implemented VoIP integration with Microsoft Teams in collaboration with the retailer’s internal network team.
